Don't appreciate that they market it as all you can eat restaurant but in fact it isn't. Four of us ordered salmon sashimi (merely 3 small slices per plate, by the 4th plate we got the white-ish, fatty parts of salmon) and on the 9th plate order, they told us the salmon had already out and still on the way from supplier storage. Here's the thing. We sat next to the sushi belt where on the other side, chefs are cutting and preparing sushi and sashimi. In front of our eyes the chef was cutting portions of salmon sashimi.. and when we asked why are there still plates of sashimi being prepped then.. their faces said it all, got busted. They apologized to us. I must say I don't like how the manager handled it, and the clash of marketing/operational strategy. If you aren't ready to go big as an all you can eat provider, then get the sashimi out of your menu. We particularly chose to pay extra to enjoy the menu, so imagine how disappointed we were to be: 1. Served with lower and lower quality sashimi every time we order, 2. Informed that the salmon sashimi are out and still on the way from the supplier, just to find out that 3. We were being lied to. Blatantly. Disappointed but mostly unbelievable. It's a joke, a and a small offense taken, because we felt like we could be lied to like we won't understand where sashimi is coming from. I took several photos of the scene, but I don't want to make the chef and staffs in more misery than they are.. unless they keep on doing it. Going to take one more chance to eat there, let's see. If it's still the same, I will totally put everything on the record to update😄
