La Miette is a sweet tooth stall that serves basque burnt cheesecake, choux, dessert box, and sweet drinks. The one that catched my attention was their burnt cheesecake. It is available in the whole and smaller size with the original, blueberry, strawberry, and biscoff flavor. I tried Blueberry Basque Burnt Cheesecake in 10 cm diameter (IDR 99,000). It comes up in a small whole burnt cheesecake that can be divided into small pieces. The cheesecake has a thick and firm texture with blueberry jam and real blueberry fruit. The taste is less sweet as well, suits with my tastebud.
