During one my visit there was a promotion for buying a seasonal coffee i would get a latte for free, however as i bought said coffee hoping to get the free coffee for my friend, it turns out that because i upsized my coffee which i paid for, the free latte is voided. Keep in mind that i ask an employee for detail on how to receive the free latte and they said i should just order as I please and i would receive a free latte later after payment, they didn't specify anything nor told me not to upsize my coffee, and neither the Maxx Coffee was clear when ordering. So not only they scammed me of my money with overpriced flavored cheap coffee, 2 different Maxx Coffee shops in this mall wasted my time and patience.
