Was craving for carbonara so I ordered their tagliatelle carbonara and penne quattro formaggio. The tagliatelle was al dente and was able to soak up the sauce nicely. Their carbonara used egg yolk and cheese, not cream, that makes the sauce eggy, creamy and savoury. It was perfectly seasoned and has the right amount of cheese. The penne was al dente too. The quattro formaggio sauce was rich and full of cheesy flavour. As a cheese lover I really enjoyed this pasta. Overall a very nice dining experience and would love to go back to explore more.
