Went to Sushiro Puri that just opened last week to get the opening promo. Ordered the ootoro, maguro, ika tempura and salmon basil cheese. The ootoro was quite melty in your mouth and was quite fresh. Unfortunately, the maguro was quite warm in the middle and the texture was quite mushy, which I don't like. The squid was quite thin and the batter was quite thick and a bit bitter. Maybe from the baking soda they used in the tempura batter. Ordered the salmon basil cheese as the palate cleanser and reliever. Fortunately it worked. The basil addition to the salmon and cheese was refreshing. Overall, I still prefer their other branch and I think this branch needs quite a lot of improvement.
