When it comes to Ayam Klaten, this place is about the best there is. It's a no frills kind of place. You'll order the chicken and/or chicken parts, rice, sambal, extra things e.g. krupuk, sit on the counter and enjoy. If you eat offal, so the chicken parts are to die for. Don't be looking for veggies, else you'll be disappointed. Drinks are bottled drinks off the cooler, nothing fancy. Best to eat with your fingers, the traditional way, though they have silverware if that's needed. Like most places, there is a sink to wash your hands and a publicly shared towel. Street parking is free, but you'll still need to pay the parking attendant. The location is in a tiny alley so it can be limiting, in terms of space and availability.
