Place looks lovely, but the staff weren’t particularly helpful when we brought an issue to their attention. My friend’s matcha drink wasn’t very nice, and i ordered a flat white which came as an americano with cold milk inside. I asked if i could get the flat white i asked for instead but they never came back to the table. I then approached the servers with the americano, asking if i can have a refund as i wasn’t going to drink it (and have not touched it so nothing has been drank) yet they refused to offer me a refund or make me a flat white in its replacement. Obviously at that point i didn’t want to order any food because of the service, so wanted to leave. Waste of money for what could’ve been a lovely morning out.
