Despite the staff recommending their buffet, I went for the A La Carte menu because I wanted to try out some different dishes. It definitely did not disappoint as the few dishes picked all tasted very authentic. The steamed fish fillets were great but could have been more generous with the Chinese ham for a stronger taste.
