The atmosphere is good and very beautiful. BUT the service is the worst I've ever experienced, due to getting free tickets from Klook we were unable to request to change tables. The employee told and gave us the wrong menu, when we asked for a change or a refund, the employee (label: Rui Kusuma) had an unwilling to serve attitude and the service was very bad, including not giving a refund, charging tax and service charge again for new drinks, and gossiping in front of the customer.
