For the best part of our lunch we dined at out outdoor restaurant on the beachfront by ourselves. While it was lovely to have the restaurant to ourselves, it was a reminder that tourism levels had not yet returned to what they were once pre-COVID. To access Breeze you walk through the Samaya Hotel’s pool and garden areas that are spectacularly manicured and maintained. Breeze sits at the front of the property where diners can enjoy the view of the beach and ocean. It’s particularly romantic at night with lanterns and fairy lights. Our lunch was great but it was our host who made it especially enjoyable. She was personable and friendly and took great interest in assisting us.
