Been hearing great review about the pho in Pho Thin, so when I went to Bali, I put this place on my must visit list. I ordered the Pho Bo, which consists of rice noodle and beef slices. The rice noodle was al dente. The beef was meaty and juicy, you can taste a hint of garlic on the beef. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the pho broth, which supposedly the star of the dish. The broth was too sweet for me, I had to add quite a lot of salt to make it salty. There were too many garlic chunks on the broth, which made the broth hard to slurp, it wasn't smooth. Maybe this place is just not for me.
