Let me write down the experience in bullet points: - the served ramen stout, is an instand mixture, delivered in big bags out of Japan, just to heat up with water, which gets me to the next point - the ramen is very salty. As we know, salt is a ingredient to make processed products last longer - the „meat“ is also a processed product. The leftover parts of cheap meat are pressed into a pipe and cut in slices - very expensive for such a low quality product. Have a look for other ramen restaurants in the area. They are much cheaper and are serving real ramen soup, with day cooked stout etc. - service is mediocre
