We come here quite often, and i personally think Bariuma is the best ramen you can get in Bali. A few of my friends disagree and prefer Red Dragon, but enjoy Bariuma nonetheless and always enjoy going! The broth is the best part, very thick and rich, with a certain je ne sais quoi that reminds me of whatever addictive quality is in KFC gravy. The noodles are good and the chashu is alright, but the broth is the killer part and will easily give you that ramen high and put you to sleep. I recommend getting the classic Bariuma ramen over the spicy ramen normally i like spicy ramen but the classic tonkotsu is more well balanced in flavor. I thought it was high time i make a review because of how often i enjoy it and how many times i have left satisfied. Thanks!
