Been putting Ibab on my must visit list. So, when I visited Bali, I went to Ibab to try it out. I ordered the ibab goreng (fried pork) with sambal matah set. The fried pork was not hard even though it was quite lean, it was succulent and juicy. But it was way to salty. The sambal matah also not my cup of tea. The shallot was too raw and it dominated the overall taste. Overall, I was a bit disappointed, maybe this place is just not for me.
