We gave it a shot as it is always full and we were curious. CS was great via WhatsApp and reservation was very smoothless. You need to pay upfront, which is already a bit unusual and weird. Then we arrived and we were not in the system, then they tried to us put us in a room with strangers on their table. We declined that. Then we got a table and it was super hot in the whole restaurant. The food was really the cheapest quality you can imagine and the buffet items were nearly always empty. Grill plate was dirty and the whole table was just such one big chaos as no one ever came to clear the table. What they call wagyu meat is one of the driest meats we ever ate. Long story short never ever again and I just don't know how this can be full all the time!
