Ordered a plate of Babi Guling Campur, which consists of rice, vegetable lawar, fried pork skin, the babi guling meat topped with base genep seasoning and crispy shiny pork skin and completed with a smokey pork satay. The star of the show was definitely the babi guling. It was lean, succulent, very flavourful yet when it combined with the base genep seasoning everything blended perfectly. Next favourite item on this plate is the fried pork skin. It was crispy and salty, not too porky and not too greasy. Pork satay was also good, very smokey and perfectly seasoned. The lawar gave freshness to the whole dish too. A perfect plate of babi guling for me, a cure to satisfy my babi guling craving. Will definitely put this babi guling on my top 5 babi guling place in Bali.
