Not the worst steak I’ve had… The chef ruined what I think was a great piece of meat… because it was still okay even though he only warmed it up and didn’t actually sear it or even season it with some salt if nothing else. It was served cold, the side order of pepper sauce was warmer than the steak… the staff came by to ask how my steak was and I told them, they offered to change it, I declined and just finished as it would have just been the same prep… it does seem like everything has to be done twice at their place…. Not going back.
