We come from jakarta, came in at 1 pm & drink served at 1.20 after we requested to 2nd waiter and the food serve at 1.40 super slow. 1. The quality of the foods is below/different from the standards of other branches, especially those with soup. 2. when ordering there was a package menu on the table, and one of our members ordered the package which was Rp. 100k when paying we wanted to use a BCA credit card with a 20 percent promo discount from the total bill, the manager ( big guys with suit) said its not aplicable. even though our total bill was IDR 600k and they didn't notify us beforehand if the promo didn't apply if we chose 1 package menu, only 1 menu from thr package, the rest of us chose the normal price menu. very unprofessional. If you have plenty of time and willing to waste your money here, welcome, but trust me, its not worth it.
