I can say this is the best local food in Makassar! One of the most favorite food here. The taste is so good, the herbs is quite strong and you can ask them to add in an egg yolk. And trust me, the egg makes Pallubasa more yummy. The place is always crowded with people and maybe it will a little bit hard to find chair there. But, its so worth it. Try it. Recommended!
