The duck is so tender, you can remove the bones just by shaking the meat. But unfortunately, i think some people also experience this. The sambal mangga and sambal bawang is not as much as i saw in youtube. So a little bit dissapointed on this. And we cant request for additional sambal. But anw, worth the hype and quite affordable for a place in kemang
