The most authentic pizza place in Medan. They offer a good variety of pizzas as well as calzones and other entrees. They have an actual pizza oven they cook things in which leads to a crust that is crispy on the outside but still slightly chewy inside. Their mushroom pizza is incredible as is their cheesy garlic pizza. They don't skimp on portions! Though they include the obligatory sambal Medanese require with all their food, they also provide red chili flakes with each pizza or calzone for a more authentic taste! As was noted in another review, because of the fresher ingredients the crust is usually soggy under the toppings, but you can ask them to cook slower. Owners are extremely friendly if you dine in and have also been very understanding and helpful when ordering via Grab. I usually order for delivery as their dining area is cozy and if it's a busy night I'm sure they fill up fast! Delivery times are well within standard for Medan, impressive given the freshness of the pizzas.
