I first tried baked in berawa which is always busy and hustling with so much waiting list. I expected the same amazing service, experience and dining when I took my partner here. Unfortunately they can’t keep the same brand at all with such service and experience. There’s no one welcoming you. If you’re new you don’t know that you have to go to counter to pay and order first. They didn’t ask me how my eggs should be done so I expected they knew. When the eggs Benedict came (forgot the name of that dish) one was hard and one was soft. Worst part: the bread was barely edible. It’s old and too hard to bite! And to make matters worse, when I tried to report to girl in cashier, she just said “our bread is freshly baked daily. How did you want your egg done anyway?” Totally zero customer service. Food is zero quality compared to berawa. And did I mention that there’s construction right beside? So the air brushes the sand straight to your table, AND your food! Imagine all that dust and dirt — we wiped our table ourselves 3x!
