We had a reservation at 8:30 p.m. Our friends were 30 minutes late as they couldn't find a place. We ordered a bottle of prosecco, and were immediately told we had 5 minutes to order because the kitchen was closing. The Christmas menu included an appetizer of a canapé, which, though tasty, was ridiculously insignificant. The first course, for most, arrived cold, and once again, we were pressured to order another bottle as they were closing, despite new diners arriving. Surprising. The main course was good, but the presentation of the chicken dishes left much to be desired. The dessert was good, though it could be smaller and include an extra canapé at the beginning instead of one. Table decoration was okay. The bathroom has glass in a way that from the dining area, you can see someone on the throne. The flavors of the food were good, and the overall experience was okay. Although the staff always wears a smile and tries to be friendly, they lack proper customer service etiquette. They brought the dessert with the bill and insisted on immediate payment, even when others were still receiving their food in the restaurant.
