Luma in Canggu, Bali, is a culinary gem that left our group genuinely impressed. The unassuming charm and genuine Mediterranean flavors make it a must-visit. The restaurant's ambiance strikes a balance between modern and rustic, creating a comfortable setting. The staff is friendly and made us feel at ease throughout our visit. Luma's Mediterranean-inspired menu is a masterpiece and something you can't easily find in Bali. The Asparagus and egg yolk raviolo were a perfect start to our meal. The combination of fresh asparagus, delicate raviolo, and a truffle drizzle delivered a delightful burst of flavors. The Steak Tartare was a standout dish, with quail eggs, anchovy, and beetroot complementing the tender beef. It was a memorable combination of bold, savory tastes. The Beef Cheek & Oxtail Lasagne was the highlight. Layers of pasta, succulent beef cheek, and oxtail ragù created a comforting yet luxurious dish that impressed all of us. Luma's extensive wine list perfectly complements the menu. We enjoyed a red wine that enhanced our dining experience. Service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff providing attentive yet unobtrusive assistance. Their recommendations added to the overall enjoyment. Thanks to Luma for a memorable evening.
