This nostalgic steak restaurant always makes me crave for their Steak ala Gandy. I know it's more likely to be called hamburg or patty, but this one is different than other hamburgs out there. The steak is dense yet very juicy, succulent and tender inside. It's always the perfect temperature and perfectly seasoned. The butter sauce enhanced the steak flavour more. I love to slap more butter to the steak with the remaining butter they gave us to accompany the bread. Don't forget their bread too, the flavour and texture is very nostalgic too. It's always a nice dining experience in Gandy, definitely on my must visit list in Jakarta.
