Was craving for gion's chicken teriyaki. So I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl which consists of a bowl of fluffy japanese rice, topped with generous amount of chicken teriyaki, accompanied by runny onsen egg and beef floss. The chicken was a bit crunchy on the outside but very juicy inside. The teriyaki marinade came through and the teriyaki sauce on the outside was perfect for me. The onsen egg was perfectly runny, adding creaminess to the dish. In the end, my craving was satisfied.
