We finally came back here, because we missed eating steak with super delicious black pepper sauces. Alhamdulillah, we felt the service quality had improved compared to the last time we were here. The service was very quick, and we were even served by a new manager. He greeted us and asked if we had been disappointed during our previous visit. He apologized and informed us that the old manager has been replaced, as a form of evaluation and improvement of this restaurant. Even more than that, the new manager very politely offered if we would accept a complimentary salad - which was super tasty - as an apology, plus a plate of our usual delicious fries, and not only that, three cups of ice creams! All the food that we ordered, was spotless. Hopefully, Holycow will get better and never disappoint its loyal customers.
