Its symphony of textures and flavors showcases the mastery of Japanese culinary artistry. The chicken karaage, boasting a perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness, is a generous portion that leaves taste buds dancing in delight. The freshness of the salmon sashimi and the thoughtful touch of complimentary watermelon further elevate the dining experience. However, the omission of the fifth star is attributed to the service aspect. The waitstaff, while courteous, lacked the informativeness needed to enhance the overall experience. A faster response time would have contributed to a seamless dining journey.
