Seirock-ya is the best chicken ramen in my opinion. My favourite is the extreme chicken ramen with thick and firm ramen. The broth was rich, thick, and filled with hearty chicken flavour. There was a hint of prawn oil taste in the broth, which made the broth more complex. The lemon wedge was a great addition, cutting the richness of the broth. The ramen was al dente and was able to absorb the broth perfectly. The chicken toppings were generous and were tender. I ordered another bowl, the shio chicken ramen with thinner noodle. The broth was lighter than the extreme one, but it was more milkier and creamier. The noodle was al dente but turned soggy after a while. The chicken topping wasn't as generous as the extreme one, but it was enough for me.
