I recently had a delightful dining experience at Ikan Tude Manado near Stasiun Sudirman, Jakarta. This place is a gem for those who love Manadonese cuisine. My favorite dish here is the Cakalang - a smoked skipjack tuna that's just bursting with flavors, perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The simplicity of the setting allows the food to shine, and the prices are quite fair for the quality and portion sizes. If you're around Sudirman and crave authentic Manadonese flavors, particularly a superb Cakalang, this restaurant is a must-visit.
