The front desk attendant and waitstaff were incredibly rude. Despite many available empty round tables, my friends and I were asked to move to supposedly allocated group tables, all of which were occupied. The staff insisted we squeeze into tables with 1-2 empty chairs, disregarding people's belongings. She claimed chairs were free because napkins were folded, but they were actually taken. As we squeezed in, I noticed two foreigners, guests of my event, sitting at non-allocated tables without any interference from the staff. Despite our office paying for the 100 pax of full-day meeting packages, we received zero attitudes. This restaurant seems to favor foreigners or executives over umbi-umbian PNS.
