When Hearing a Shangri-la hotel name i have a high expectation for the food , service, atmosphere and etc. Today i got my first dining experience at satoo, the food was okay , the only outstanding taste i got was from their chimichurri sauce, the most dissapointed aspect was the chef at buffet especially from sushi-sashimi section and the teppanyaki section, no greeting , tired looking and kinda rude , i always smile to all the staff and ask politely to all the place i visited because i was once a kitchen staff too , when i said thank you and asking for the food in both of those section, they dont even answer me or even replying to me when i said thank you , just silence and dead stare , please give your staff a proper training about manner first before running a buffet or live cooking type restaurant
