I had a dinner meeting here with a big group of people just recently (thursday december 14th), we reserved the private room (I think it was in the kintamani room?). When I arrived the host at the entrance was busy so I asked another waiter nearby if she could escort me to the room under the reservation name, if she knew. She gave me a very rude look but decided to escort me anyway. Mid way, other customer approached and asked her for the menu, and the waiter literally stopped and waited for the customer to pick out their order while she was escorting me??? She didn’t appologize and didn’t even say anything to me. If she was busy and couldn’t assist me she could’ve just told me earlier and I will be willing to wait. I came back to the entrance and asked the hosts and they were more helpful and friendly. Anyway the food, ambience, and everything else were nice. The other staffs were lovely except for this waiter girl (I didn’t get to look at her name tag), it was a bad experience.
