The staff and owners are true practitioners of customer service excellence. A small problem with a broken dessert vessel was dealt with apologies, no charge for the desserts and complimentary cocktails which we very much appreciated. The dining area feels luxurious in a casual place like Lembongan, with it's black and rattan furniture and pretty floral plates. The lighting is subdued but not too dark, and chill music obvious but not overbearing. Food was delicious, came quickly and we loved every mouthful. The garlic naan the best I've ever eaten. A must place to visit on Lembongan.
