Not quite Lgood more Lbad unfortunately. Arrived for dinner and ordered two steaks, asked how we liked them cooked and medium was the answer, it's usually the safest. It's suppose to be a fillet steak however if this was a fillet then the cow must have lived a very stressful life. Mine came out blue (a trainee vet could have resuscitated I'm sure of it) and my partners came out well done, which when both are suppose to be medium is quite the achievement. This steak was tougher than ghandis flip flops but unfortunately lacked the taste of it. All in all pretty poor experience, I sent the steak back to be cooked some more and it was, although all the accompanying food was left on the plate and cold by the time I got it back. And I know your thinking you're on a remote island what do you expect, I have been on similar islands in Thailand and Cambodia and the quality was not as poor.
