They offer free food for a review which is unfair because we only came here based on their reviews. I come from a home where if you’ve got nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all. However, these reviews simply are not true. The waitress was sullen and downright ignorant after we asked for a latte (they don’t serve them) the breakfast was 40 mins wait, despite us being the only customers. Food was burned. My husband asked for extra toast instead of sausages and received half a slice extra. It was pretty grim. And then a rat ran across the beam above us. Look at my other reviews, I’m not biased or unfair ever (I was a waitress myself for many years) I left this place still hungry (I can’t eat burned food, especially when there’s rats wandering around) The waitress seemed surprised that we didn’t leave a tip. This is the first time I’ve left a restaurant without leaving one and I felt uncomfortable doing so but she really made us feel awkward and unwelcome which I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant or cafe.
