Surprise with its tenderness. Ordered medium for The Butcher’s Cut and The Butlers Steak. The steaks came out in 15 minutes with enough temperature. Very good, since they don't heavily marinate the steaks. Simply salt and a bit of paper, I guess. Bit worried about their free ice cream since they simply mixed chocolate milk with dry ice. It was a nice presentation though. The potato puree is amazing. Soft and not too creamy. The thickness of creamy spinach is less creamy than I expected, but I can live with that 😊 The Kale Salad is sweet and reminded me of what I have in Melbourne. Good job
