The dish was okay. Pork knuckle was tender. The skin was crackling crispy but a bit chewy at certain part. The saltiness was there, light, a little bit too subtle for me. The ribs were quite tasty but at default, they were all spicy. I ordered the ginger honey glazed, but still it was too spicy for me. The mashed potato was great. Service was great. Very satisfying.
