The food and atmosphere are amazing, no complaints about them. Esp with the price offered for the coffee and gelato, very very worth it. However, the service is sluggish and it is due to all the staff jokes too much with their co-worker, this creates an effect of long lines of customers waiting to be taken the order and then paying their order. Just because of this one factor of the staff joking too much, makes the overall wait time prolonged to an unnecessary amount of time. Hope the owners/management read this and can fix the issue.
