Hands down the best martabak manis in town. Their skin is already so good. Very springy, the texture is almost like bika ambon. I always love the og: half cheese, and half choclate (meses). Recomended to use wijsman butter. They are generous with the topping. VERY VERY GENEROUS. You can also order just the skin. It is good even without tge topping.
