Greeter was nice and friendly (NOT Desy. The other one, didn't catch her name). She even offered to keep my suitcase at the reception area. Waitress Octa was very rude, unwelcoming, no smile, no eye contact. Felt so condescending. Beverage was bland. Ordered Chamberry and it tasted like plain lime juice. The food tasted somehow sweet. Ordered chicken wings and it was sweet. Ordered Beef Pho, the broth was also sweet. I had to put extra salt on everything. What I liked mostly were the greeter (NOT Desy), the ambiance, and the indoor smoking area.
