I'm a fan of 1/15's pop over, I'd always order one if I visited 1/15. So, I ordered the pop over with the big breakfast set, which includes two runny sunny side eggs, one sausage, hashbrown and half of roasted tomato. The pop overs were fluffy even though it were airy and crispy on the outside. The savouriness on the batter was perfect. The sausage was juicy and snappy. It was well-seasoned too. The eggs were a perfect dip and added creaminess to the pop over. The hashbrown was crispy and soft in the middle. While the roasted tomato was so juicy. Overall, a very satisfying meal and I'd be back for more pop overs.
