This ramen shop is very unique and hidden. I ordered their original ramen, which consists of straight noodle, chicken-based broth, chicken chashu, halved runny egg, corn and wood ear mushroom. The broth was quite rich, there was a hint of chicken flavour but a dash of salt and stronger chicken flavour would make it better. The noodle was unfortunately too soggy for my liking, the firmness was gone. The chashu was quite good, you can taste a hint of smokiness from the char. The egg was good while the veggies added more texture. Overall, it was an average dining experience.
