Gyu kotu ramen (yang pakai bagian perut sapi) daging nya terlalu keras (not edible)& the slice is too thick Gyoza nya pun terlalu bertepung Ajitsuke tamago nya pun terlalu plain (you can judge from the looks yang terlihat seperti ordinary boiled egg Apologise if being to honest, as I'm quite surprise with the food from the restaurant that said owned by a Japanese Chef, have shared the experience with the server as well especially on the gyu kotu ramen, hope can be improved in the future
