I don't usually giving a review in google. But something make me do this because of very bad experience. I came about 21:30 served by cashier named KIKY. This is my very first time try llaollao, and I slowly to pick the order because I didn't know about variant product they offer yet, but the cashier hurry me up to order it because the machine will not work if it takes too long. Okay then i pick small size, and she said, the small size was out of stock without say sorry and giving any details (also without genuinely said), then I'm asking, why it still available at the menu ? She answer the cup is out of stock. Okay fine. Then I pick medium size with 3 toppings, but I changed my mind to order the another size. The another bad behaviour did by cashier was throw it out the cup which i didn't decide to order. I know they will close very soon, but you shouldn't do that behaviour. Very disappointing when International Brand and very tasty product NOT presented with the great service and good behaviour. 👎🏻
