This is the place where you can find most essential ingredients for Japanese cooking. Maybe limited if you need to go more detail on the ingredients. I would suggest them to have aonori, shichimi togarashi, Japanese curry roux, takoyaki-okonomiyaki flour mix and better brand for katsuoboshi (the currently available brand is not so good), in regular stock. It would also be better if they have benishoga and gari in smaller packages.
