i didn't even get to eat here. i came from far away and when i arrived there was a long queue only for waiting list. i looked around the tables and there were a lot of customers that had done eating but they were just sitting there. when i asked about the number of waiting list i had to wait for 38 more names which i asked the estimate time waiting of 2 hours??? i just turned around and left. it's so crazy how you guys don't have a proper system especially on the weekends! you guys have to consider the amount of space and tables that you have and maybe find a solution like giving customers a definite amount of sitting time when the place is full. You will definitely lose some potential customers without a proper system, not everyone has the time or the will to wait for 2+ hours!
