Bika Ambon Metro Jaya is a small shop in a housing complex in Alam Sutra. Though small, they have big reputation. A friend from Australia asked me to take me here. I didn’t even know this shop exist until I came. Bika Ambon is similar to what Malaysian people calls as Bingka. Then a bakery shop in Jl Ambon in Medan perfected it into what we know as Bika Ambon. Metro Jaya’s Bika Ambon is exquisite. Chewy but light, not to sweet and very fragrant. Perfect as souvernirs or gifts for your colleagues and family.
