I had the pleasure of visiting a small coffee shop located in one of the stores in the market, and I must say that it was quite an impressive experience. The shop is quite famous among the locals, and for a good reason. They use the best coffee beans from all over Indonesia, including Toraja, Aceh, Jayagiri, Mandailing, Bali, Temanggung, and even Arabica Luwak. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee immediately hit me. The decor was minimalistic yet charming, with small tables and chairs arranged in a cozy setting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to assist and offer recommendations. I ordered an ice latte with Arabica Gayo and a black coffee with Toraja coffee. Both were excellent, and I could taste the quality of the coffee beans used. The ice latte was smooth and creamy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. The black coffee was robust and full-bodied, with a hint of smokiness. Although I didn't get the chance to try their assorted bites, I'm definitely looking forward to it on my next visit. The coffee shop had a small selection of pastries and snacks, and I could tell that they were of high quality. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this small coffee shop. The quality of the coffee and the friendly staff all contributed to a memorable visit. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a warm and inviting setting.
