One of great authentic Italian restaurants in Tangerang area. Their pasta and pizzas are delightful, never fail to satisfy my palette. Ordered their Quattro Stagioni Pizza, Salsiccia & Funghi Pizza, Ravioli al Prosciutto and Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi. Both of the pizza have great dough, it was thin but soft and chewy, a bit charred on the outside and a great vehicle for the sauce and the toppings. The amount of cheese and toppings were generous. The dough, the cheese and the topping combined nicely, creating a perfect bite every time. The ravioli was filled with saoury pork. The stuffing was generous, while the pasta was thin and al dente. The tomato sauce was creamier than regular tomato sauce and it complements the fillings nicely. The pasta is topped with generous sprinkle of cheese, that completed the dish nicely. The gnocchi was not too dense. It was bouncy and not soggy at all. The quattro formaggi sauce, which made of 4 kinds of cheeses, were smooth, creamy and has intense cheese flavour. If you love cheese, you'd love this one. The cheese sauce coats the gnoochi nicely too. Overall, Sale truly offers you a very satisfying dining experience. I'd love to go back to try their other creations.
